Description
The Box Maker attachment bolts directly onto the Mitre Maker and holds boards up to 250mm wide at 45 degrees to the router table surface. The attachment uses the 2 positioning stops and one clamp from the Mitre Maker. The Box Maker attachment requires some assembly to attach the upright fence and comes with a cast sliding stop and custom clamp. The 45 degree upright fence allows stop positioning up to 500mm away from the cutting surface. The sliding stop operates between the 2 positioning stops to accurately position your boards for the long and short box sides. The Box Maker attachment can only be used with a Mitre Maker, a router table and a flush trim router bit.
The Box Maker attachment is best suited for occasional users who don’t mind taking the attachment on and off the jig when switching between mitred frames and mitred box sides.
