Privacy policy

Mitre Maker collects information from you to process and ship your order.  We do not provide your personal details or email addresses to any other third party for any reason. We retain your address so that we can send your order and we retain you email and phone number in case we need to contact you regarding your order or inquiry. If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, you may receive occasional information regarding new products or product updates.

We do not see or keep your credit card details. Your credit card details are entered in the Paypal gateway and Paypal processes the payment securely through the Paypal system.

Returns and Refunds

The quality of each Mitre Maker is important to us. This is why we make each one ourselves, in small batches with regular testing. If you find a problem with your Mitre Maker, please let us know so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We also appreciate any feedback which might help to improve our products or services.

If you are not entirely happy with your Mitre Maker product, just return it to us in its original packaging and in an unused condition within 30 days and we will happily refund your payment. This refund policy does not apply to any products which have been used, altered, or damaged in any way after delivery.

Mitre Maker will repair, replace or refund any defective items as per Australian Consumer law. The return postage of goods being sent back for repair, replacement or refund is the responsibility of the consumer.
